I’ve worked across very different sectors and technologies, from global retail and pharmaceuticals to sound and theatre, and from D365 and Blue Yonder to building bespoke systems. I know context matters. In one organisation the pressure might be customer experience, margin, stock or service levels. In another it might be regulation, risk appetite assurance or control. Somewhere else it might be safety, timing, reputation, capacity, cost, or the terrifying reality that the show still has to go on at 7:30 whether the all the mics are working or not.

But while the context changes, the way I work is highly transferable. I’m used to getting up to speed quickly, learning the language, understanding the pressures that matter, and separating the important nuance from the background noise. I don’t need to have spent years inside your sector to become useful. I need to understand what matters here and how things really work.

And sometimes the outside view is the point. When people have spent years inside the same sector, system or way of working, it can be hard to tell what genuinely has to be done and what is done because it’s always been that way. Fresh eyes can be uncomfortable, but they can also be exactly what’s needed to see the problem clearly enough to do something useful about it.

Diagnostic Review & Problem Finding

Typical Duration: 2-4 Weeks

A focused diagnostic to understand what’s really happening, where the issues sit, and what needs to happen next.

For when the real issue is still buried under noise, opinions and competing theories. I speak with the people closest to the work, review what’s actually happening, and give you a clear readout of what’s going wrong, what’s driving it, and what to do next.

Each Diagnostic comes with a complete diagnostic report and presentation with practical recommendations

Recovery & Focused Delivery

£1000/Day + VAT

Typical Duration: 3-18 Months

Hands-on support for when the problem is understood and you need hands-on help to fix it.

Turn findings into practical problem solving action on, unclear ownership, under-used systems, messy handoffs, stuck decisions, overloaded teams, poor visibility, or value that has somehow failed to appear despite everyone being extremely busy.

Duration depends on the complexity of the issue, the number of teams or functions involved, and whether the work is at project, department, function or business level.

Technology Adoption & Benefits Realisation

From £1500/Month + VAT

Duration: Minimum commitment of 3 months

Starting at 1.5 days per month, can be used flexibly across working sessions, check-ins, preparation, stakeholder planning and live problem-solving.

You have invested in technology (Including AI) but aren’t yet seeing the value or benefits they expected. Useful when systems are live but adoption is patchy, people are working around the tool. Or were the system should be live but go live date keeps moving.

Duration depends on type of Technology the number of functions affected, and how much behaviour, process or operating change is needed around the technology.

Hands-On Leadership Support

£1000/Day + VAT

Typical Duration: 9-24 Months

For technology implementations where adoption or confidence is low and resistance is high, or you’re not seeing the benefits promised

Practical, hands-on support for capable managers or leaders at all levels, struggling with confidence or lacking in experience. I work alongside them in the live situation, helping them structure the work, manage stakeholders, build confidence.

This often starts with more intensive hands-on support, generally around 2-3 days per week then tapers as confidence, capability and judgement build.
